Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply when you use Cranberry CRM (“Cranberry”, “we”). By creating a workspace, joining one, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Cranberry is a shared workspace for teams: a shared inbox, tasks, contacts and an activity log. Everyone in a workspace can see and act on that workspace’s content. We may change or improve the service over time.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- If you create a workspace or invite people to it, you are responsible for who you invite and for connecting only mailboxes you are authorized to connect.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16.
3. Your content
You and your workspace keep all rights to the content you put into Cranberry, including mail synced from connected mailboxes. You give us permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use that content, including the right to connect and process the mail in any mailbox you connect.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use Cranberry to send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk email;
- access data or mailboxes you are not authorized to access, or try to access another workspace’s data;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our written permission.
5. Third-party services
Cranberry connects to services you choose, such as Google, Microsoft and your own mail provider. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. If a provider changes or restricts access, parts of Cranberry may stop working for that mailbox.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Cranberry available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and we may suspend access to protect the service or other users.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Cranberry at any time, and you can delete a mailbox’s synced data yourself in Settings. To delete your account or workspace, contact us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Cranberry is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the service was free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify workspace members. Continuing to use Cranberry after a change means you accept the updated terms.
